Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
